                                                                                                      10 Best Acne Product List

Body Acne: In both teenagers and adults, body acne is quite common, often appearing on the back, chest, shoulders, and buttocks

Body acne can result mainly from stress and hormones. Nonetheless, other factors may provoke acne lesions to break out on your body.

Tight-fitting clothes and sweat are most common root causes, and this reveals why active women often suffer from body acne. Consider: clothes that are tight such as lycra leggings confine sweat against the skin, conmingling thereafter with surface oils. The end result: a film which clogs pores, then causes whiteheads, inflamed pustules, and papules.

Body acne treatments resemble the ones for treating facial acne. Bear in mind that body acne is prone to be resistant to treatment since it's harder to reach. In addition, body skin in general, is thicker as opposed to facial skin, and the affected areas are consistently rubbing against clothing. To properly manage a case of body acne, on a daily basis wash the affected areas with a salicylic-acid-based cleanser; also, after sweating, immediately take a shower. Be sure to shower as soon as possible after perspiring. Always clean the affected areas with either a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide pad. Then, every night, apply a body moisturiser containing alpha hydroxy acid which helps prevent dryness. Next, apply either a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid spot treatment on each pimple.

If the body acne proves resistant, consider treating it with retinoid like Retin-A, or oral antibiotics like minocycline or tetracycline. The time frame to see results can take from weeks to months; so be patient!
